How to create and track a Campaign Response Workflow ?

Now that you've launched your WOM Campaign and received fantastic responses. Based on these responses, you want to create an Action Item for your internal departments to act and improve their operations further. It could be to improve your customer service, product quality, hotel room ambiance etc.

You need a way to create, assign, track these Action Items and finally close the feedback loop with the customer. Lets say, if you had acted upon an unhappy customer's feedback on your customer service, took improvement action, and closed the feedback loop with him, you are actually winning his business back rather than being lost forever to your competition.

1. Create Task

Click on 'Create Task' from your menu. You can view all your customer responses. Click on "+" icon to create a new task from a customer feedback.


2. View Tasks

You can view all your tasks and track them to completion. You can click on 'Close task' to close a task (after completion), and use 'Notify' button to inform your customer.

Your account will automatically remind the action holder if the deadline is nearing. You can configure the same in your Settings screen.
