Setup your Loyaltics Account to monitor for such brand mentions, so that later you can reach out to them and invite them to participate in your WOM Campaigns to create more brand awareness for your products and services.

1. Click on Settings menu

2. Setup your Brand Keyword

A daily robot will scan the top 4 social networks for the above keyword and store the results (rolling 2 weeks data) for your purview later.
