How to configure Mail templates ?

Your account will send alot of emails. So, you can setup the mail content (subject and body) and the mailer will use it whenever it has to sent any emails. They are sent in the following cases:

  • Surveying your existing customers
  • Requesting advocates to share stories
  • Sharing Offers with your advocates
  • Requesting advocates to participate in contests
  • Requesting any of your internal staff to follow-thru on an action item based on a customer feedback
  • Closing feedback loop with your customers

    2. Setup your Mail Templates

    You can use smart codes (like {survey_url}, {user_name} etc) in your templates so that when emails are being sent, the mailer will dynamically replace it with the 'actual' data.
