What does different metrics mean ?
After you login to your account, in the Dashboard, you can see few important metrics.
Word Of Mouth creates Brand Awareness and Generates Demand, which will produce paying customers and some of them will become your Brand Advocates. You subsequently engage your Brand Advocates leading to more Word Of Mouth and Brand Awareness and the cycle continues.
Estimated Brand Impressions : Each post by a Brand Advocate on the Internet reaches 150 other people (estimated only).
Total WOM Click-Thrus : Total Web Traffic generated due to Word Of Mouth.
Total Opt-In Leads : Total Opt-In Leads generated due to Word Of Mouth.
Total Sales Click-Thrus : Total Web Traffic diverted to your website's Sales/Booking Page due to Word Of Mouth.
Total Brand Advocates : Total Number of Brand Advocates you've found thus far.
Total Positive Reviews : Total Positive Reviews created by your Brand Advocates.
Total User Stories: Total Stories created by your Brand Advocates.
Improvement Tasks: Customer Feedback Workflows.
Advocate Contests: Contests, both running and closed.
