We spoke with several Hoteliers who work for some of the best boutique, independent and luxury Hotels and Resorts in the world. These Managers have traditionally relied on third parties to get heads in their beds, and to their dismay, this dependency has only tightened in the recent years, but have come to a firm realization that direct channel is the best way to engage with customers. Unfortunately, they lack the necessary resources and the technical know-how to execute the same. We understand their concern. We empathize with them. They deserve a lot better. That was our "epiphany" moment. We let these Hoteliers do what they do best.ie., offering great service to their guests. And we focused on doing what we do the best. ie., building innovative software that solves such problems.

This culminated to the formation of Loyaltics Pte Ltd, in March 2011.

Loyaltics is derived from "Loyalty Analytics", the two keywords we firmly believe in. We want to change the notion that Loyalty isn't just about rewards program but about passionate customer engagement, and Analytics is all about quantitative measure of your progress on Word of Mouth powered by your loyal customers. Our tagline is "spread loyalty, grow sales" conveying our fundamental belief that your loyal customers will happily spread their loyalty to their family, friends, colleagues and social networks, leading to revenue growth. We call this process of spreading loyalty as Word of Mouth Marketing.

We assembled some of the best minds in Technology, Marketing, Social Media and Hospitality that put in countless hours to design a world class Word of Mouth Marketing software with specific emphasis on simplicity and ease of use, and that which doesn't cost an arm and a leg for you.

The product wasn't built in isolation. Every feature of the product is designed in consultation with several experienced Hoteliers, Marketing and Brand Managers. Based on your continous feedback, we wish to release new features to the product every two months . We don't work on too many unrelated things at a time. We have laser sharp focus on doing just one thing right i.e., Offering you an excellent Word of Mouth Marketing platform to grow your business.
